The database currently has
2043 agents in 50
states. These agents are primarily exclusive buyer agents that have signed up
with our referral company Buyer’s Trust. In 2001 Buyer’s Trust was recommended
by Woman’s Day Magazine and continues to thrive via referrals. Our agents will
thus be able to recruit agents throughout the country with this system; again,
another opportunity for agents to build their income earning potential. This is
a powerful incentive to all agents and will allow those with varying talents to
succeed. If one agent is particularly adept at closing deals, he will enjoy
success. If another agent is not so good at closing deals but is very good at
attracting new agents, who then close deals, she will enjoy success too. All
